    Glen Mulcahy is a media innovator, trainer, and one of the pioneers of mobile journalism. A former Head of Innovation at RTÉ, he has spent more than 15 years helping journalists and content creators adapt to the rapidly changing media landscape. Glen has trained organisations including BBC, CNN Academy, Al Jazeera, Deutsche Welle, RTÉ, and the European Broadcasting Union, and is the founder of MojoFest, one of the world's leading conferences for mobile content creators. His expertise spans mobile journalism, social storytelling, creator-led content, and the impact of AI on media.
  • Sandra Gathmann
    Sandra Gathmann is an award-winning journalist, presenter, and producer with more than 20 years of international reporting experience. Best known for her work with Al Jazeera English, she has reported on major global stories from around the world and built a reputation for clear, engaging, audience-focused storytelling. Sandra combines traditional journalistic rigour with modern creator-led techniques, helping journalists and communicators connect with audiences through authentic, social-first content that informs, engages, and inspires.
