Nicki Fitz-Gerald

Nicki is an photographer, videographer, artist and author. She began her career as a book jacket and magazine feature illustrator in London working in mixed media and collage until she discovered the freedom and infinite creative possibilities of iPhone photography in 2009 opening up a whole new artistic journey. In 2015 Nicki hosted 17 episodes for AdoramaTV on iPhone photography around her home town of Weymouth, UK.
Nicki is the founder of the website iPhoneographyCentral.com,(iPC). She also speaks and writes on the subject of creative smartphone photography and video, hosting workshops around the world which, last year included Ireland, Los Angeles and London.
Nicki loves to push the boundaries of what can be achieved artistically on the iPhone and shares her creative approach and techniques via online iPhone & iPad art courses. Her art has featured in several magazines and she writes regularly for the popular smartphone photography magazine Mobiography. Her iPhone images have won several Photography Awards and featured on book covers including the image “Flamin’ Amy” featured on the front cover of the book she co-authored with Bob Weil The Art of iPhone Photography: Creating Great Photos and Art on Your iPhone (Rocky Nook Books, 2013).
More recently, Nicki has discovered a  passion for creating video stories on her iPhone and with the growing demand for smartphone video training, she set up, GlowWorm.TV in April 2018; a company that teaches not-for-profits and start up businesses how to make videos using smart phones.
