Stephen says he has been a mojo since 2007. He has been part-time professor of mobile journalism at the Westerdahls Institute for Film and Media in Norway since 2013 and has also taught journalism in China, the UAE, the US, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. In recent years Professor Quinn has trained mojos in 19 countries and published two books about mobile journalism. The better known is MOJO: The Mobile Journalism Handbook co-written with Dr Ivo Burum. Dr Quinn has run MOJO Media Insights, a digital consulting company based in Brighton in the UK, since 2013. StephenQuinn has been a journalist since 1975 and has worked for the BBC, ITN, the Middle East Broadcasting Centre, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, the Bangkok Post and The Guardian. From 2011-2013 he was the digital development editor with the South China Morning Post in Hong Kong. Dr Quinn has published 30 books and made hundreds of videos (almost all with only an iPhone). He also writes a weekly wine column. In the past decade he has given more than 200 presentations on the future of journalism in 38 countries. His workshop offers tips for mojo trainers and teachers.
