Tim Bingham

Street Photographer

Tim is a street photographer from Ireland, known for his smart phone photography. Tim’s photographs have been exhibited in a number of exhibitions within Ireland and across Europe. Tim’s work has been described as a descriptive narrative in pictures, bringing a poetic realism combining a passion for in-depth recording of people’s lives whilst at the same time demonstrating deeply empathic artistry. His work has been featured in the Mobiography Magazine and on The App Whisperer website. Tim delivers workshops in smartphone photography across a diverse cross section of communities encouraging individuals young and old to capture their streets and surrounding hinterland by using their phones as an extension of their own peripheral vision helping them to see their environment in a new way.
