Here’s everything you need to know in advance:

EVENT DATES:

Monday 28th & Tuesday 29th April O’Reilly Hall, University College Dublin, Belfield, Dublin 2

REGISTRATION:

Registration opens at 8:00am on Monday morning, in the main foyer. Keynotes commence at 9:15.

Please bring your confirmation email or photo ID to collect your delegate badge and wristband*

PARKING Please be aware that UCD has limited paid parking on site and while our event is outside University term time it would be preferable and highly advisable to use public transport to get to the venue. Precious time can be wasted driving around the campus looking for a parking spot and illegal parking will lead to your vehicle being clamped. Neither UCD O’Reilly hall or Mojofest Ltd have any means to assist with any parking related issues or fines. Clamping is enforced by Apcoa Ltd under contract.

NETWORKING EVENING We are hosting a networking evening in Cafe en Seine on Monday evening sponsored by The Prismatic Company, BlackMagicDesign and LumaTouch. Please ensure you WEAR YOUR WRISTBAND FOR ACCESS. Finger food and a limited bar tab will be available. Come early to avoid disappointment.

COMMUNICATION We will not have an event app this year. Instead we are using a clever app called Passport that adds a card to your wallet (iOS and Android) so we can send you push notifications during the event. Please install it in advance so you don’t miss out on any pop-up workshops or competition giveaways. Qr code is in the PDF.

If you have any questions you can contact us via social media or WhatsApp us using this link: (https://wa.me/message/6CLQNJFDKUG6B1)

See you soon in Dublin!
